DVD Duplication

We can duplicate your discs and print directly on them in Full Color. We utilize the latest state-of-the-art equipment for crystal clear, mirror image, perfect copies every time. The copies will be exact duplicates of your original disc. Our state-of-the-art system checks each copy against the original and automatically rejects discs with errors or flaws.

Copy Protected DVDs

DiscLock technology discourages unauthorized DVD copies by embedding copy protection in each DVD. Copy protected DVDs play normally in DVD players and PCs with a DVD drive and Windows Media Player.

We also offer DVD replication with CSS Encryption. CSS is compatible with DVD players PCs, Macs and any device that plays DVDs. Refer to the section "Which Method is Right for You" below for information about the differences between DVD duplication and DVD replication. 

Copy protection is more expensive but may be worth it for some projects and we offer this extra service for small and large DVD orders.

CD Duplication

Music CDs

You need to get your music on the fast track at affordable prices. Independent CDs are big business and growing. It is hard for independent artists to get radio play, distribution, and promotion. There is an opportunity though to make money from your music by performing live and selling your CDs. You can’t sell a download at a gig! It’s a great way to build your fan base, build your buzz, and actively promote your music. This simple 3 Step check list for DVD, Blu-Ray, CD and video copies makes the order process easy!

1) Is your Master ready to go? It is always a good idea to check your master in more than one DVD, Blu-Ray, CD or video player to make sure there are no unexpected problems.

2) Is your label or packaging artwork complete and ready to print? To get the best results we require high resolution electronic images. Our specialists will happily help design your label for you and printed proofs or PDF images are FREE.

3) Have you selected suitable packaging for your project? We have over 40 disc packaging options to choose from including DVD, slimline, jewel and Blu-Ray disc cases.

Which method is right for you?

Replication means the discs will be pressed from a glass master and the artwork will be silkscreen or offset printed onto the discs. Replication is typically for orders of 1000 or more discs and requires a 5 to 10 day lead time depending on the size of the order.

Duplication means the disc will be burned in-house from CD-R or DVD-R media and the artwork will be printed directly onto the discs with a thermal or inkjet printing process.

Depending on the job in question you could end up using either method. We have you covered whether you need ten or ten thousand.

1) The best time to choose CD or DVD duplication is for smaller quantities or if you need to rush the order. Most DVD duplication orders are ready same-day or next-day. You can get complete DVD packages including duplication, direct-to-disc printing, outserts and DVD cases in 24 hours (1 work day). Dual-Layer DVDs, Mini 3” DVDs are also available along with other specialty items.

2) If you have a big enough time-frame and require a large number of discs (typically 1000 or more) we might recommend you utilize CD or DVD replication. While turnaround for replication is longer, the cost reduction may make it worth the wait for large projects.

Do it right the first time! Be sure to choose a supplier like us who will turn on the “compare and verify” feature when the discs are being burned. Some companies turn this feature off to save time as the process will take much longer. We will also test your DVD or CD master on mainstream brands of players to make sure your project benefits from maximum compatibility.

DVD, CD and Blu-Ray information –

DVD-5: a single-sided, single-layer disc with a capacity of 4.7GB, suitable for most jobs with up to 2 hours of content. DVD-9: a single-sided, dual-layer disc with a capacity of 8.54GB, most commonly used for more complex projects, or when there is more than 2 hours of content. CD duplication/replication - a single-sided, single-layer disc with a capacity of 700MB, most commonly used for audio recordings. A typical CD can store up to 80 minutes of audio at 44.1Khz sample rate and is widely accepted as the industry standard. Blu-Ray Disc: used to store High Definition video, video games and data. Blu-Ray Disc can be single or dual layer. A single-sided, single-layer disc has a 25GB capacity and dual layer discs have a 50GB capacity.

This increasingly popular portable media is ideal for trade shows and publicity campaigns. They make a great give-away to get your message out there! Pre-recorded USB Drives are fast becoming a popular method to distribute marketing and sales materials in a convenient and usable format. What a great tool! Why not utilize our USB Flash Drive Duplication (jump drives, thumb drives, pen drive) including your custom logo on the drive itself. Your information can be pre-loaded onto USB drives, which makes them perfect for promotional giveaways, corporate gifts, direct mail campaigns, software distribution, music, movie, and entertainment distribution.
These devices vary in size and in memory capacity (128MB to 4GB), allowing for complete customization of your look and presentation. We also offer SD Memory Card duplication. Many clients uses memory cards in electronic picture frames to highlight new products in their retail stores.
